Maximum take off altitude for the Osprey?

    Hi Guys,
    I just tried to start at Lukla Airport (VNLK) but I was not able to take off in VTOL and only a couple of times with massive challenges in STOL.
    Any idea what the max take off altitude for the Osprey is? I couldn't find any technichal data in the web

    Thanks for some advice for such hight altitude take off's.

        As per the manual, the maximum altitude for VTOL Takeoff is 5500ft and max weight of 52,000lbs. At altitudes higher than 5500ft, STOL is required and max weight is greatly reduced as altitude increases.
