V-22 engines shut down for no apparent reason

    Hello,
I purchased this wonderful aircraft through the MSFS marketplace, but I can't make any flights due to a persistent problem with the engines. From one hour to another they simply turn off, even in Easy piloting mode.
As shown in the attached video, out of nowhere the engines shut down, there was not even time to apply a little power. Sometimes they get close to 80% and they turn off.

    Please help me,

    Thanks in advance,
    Antonio João Trindade.

    1. Hello Antonio,

Does this happen only when starting the aircraft from cold and dark? Do you experience any issues if the aircraft is started already with the engines on?

      1. Watching your video, it seems something is triggering an engine failure. From testing, I cannot reproduce this issue on my end - would need some further investigation.

Could you please also confirm if this issue occurs in Hard mode as well?

Try starting the engines at 90deg nacelle angle. This is how engines are normally started - then you can reduce nacelle angle up to 60deg on the ground.

It may be the case that starting the engines at 60deg are triggering a propeller crash into the ground, and therefore making the engines fail.

        1. The strangest thing is that in your manual it indicates that the takeoff in STOL can be done with the nacelles at 60º, but if it works correctly, I always take off vertically.
Now I have a new problem, I have indications of LEFT and RIGHT ENGINE FAILURE and I can't turn it on.
I've run through the manual twice and haven't found a probable cause for this new problem.

          1. The aircraft can be taken off at 60deg without any issue, but engines are normally started at 90deg. After engines are on, then move nacelles to takeoff position (anywhere between 60-90deg)
