CH47D pilot doors cannot get put back after removal

You can remove the pilot doors (or side panels) with the yellow-black handle on top of the door, but no clickspot seems to work to put the door back in. Bug not yet fixed in most recent update 1.01.
Miltech Simulations @MiltechSimulationsSide cockpit doors are for emergency only. After jettisoning they cannot be closed unless you restart the flight.
Feature, not a bug :) (will add this to the manual since its a common question..)
