CH-47 ADF Input

Hi all,
I'm trying to put 302 KHz into the ADF but I'm unable to change the last digit. I can't manipulate the 4th rotary digit wheel and even if I could, it only shows zeroes above and below, so you'd only be able to select zero in any case. Is this a bug?

Hi,
I've uploaded a photo so you can see the zeroes in the right hand column, making it impossible to tune a 302KHz NDB.
I'm also receiving a readout from a 380Khz NDB (in this case) despite the RCVR being selected to OFF but I'm not sure if that switch is related to something else.
