Instal problem from ORBX

Hi, I was directed here by Orbx support tab, I hope you can help

Ran the orbx install and it tells me that 6 files failed to unzip. It did say installed but also to run verify. Did that and got the same outcome 6 files failed to unzip

thenj to check if istal had actually worked, started the sim. I ahve the pink tiles on the exterior and also some parts of the panel are pink. I read the FAQ's and latest posts but cant find this anywhere else, can you help please guys
