MH-60: APU repeatedly goes off and on and off when trying to start APU

Hi,
I follow the steps literally in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoZDo3EwZQg
However, when I turn APU Contr to the ON position the APU comes into some sort of APU boot-loop. It starts and after a few seconds it shuts of, then it starts again and shuts off and so on.
I disconnected all my hardware except op my keyboard and mouse... but nothing changes. Is there please someone to help me with this?
