CH47D RPM's decrease after lifting off
I'm using a Turtle Beach Velocity One HOTAS. I have simple mappings for Collective and Cyclic. (NOT using Helicopter throttle). When I increase the Collective and takeoff, the rotor RPM's begin to decrease until I'm back on the ground again. What am I missing? Not sue why this is happening.
Also, what are the two white needle indicators labeled 1 and 2 in the POWER box? I'm assuming one for each rotor? If so, only the '1' needle moves. The '2' needle never moves. Thanks.

Miltech Simulations @MiltechSimulationsJoe,
Any chance you could record a video of the issue and send it to us? Need to clearly see the engine gauges to identify the problem.
Most likely this is the result of a conflicting keybind or incorrect startup.

Can you direct me to the start-up guide and go from there. Thx

Exact same issue, purple collective indicator shows my input from my Hotas Throttle, it takes off quick as a rocket and then immediately starts to lose V/S after 30 seconds it’s on the floor.
The 1&2 Collective indicator never moves above 1-2% and the engine RPM doesn’t seem to respond or increase power through the governor.
Made sure to remove Helicopter Throttle binding and just have collective axis bound to the Hotas Throttle.
Let me know thoughts.
Miltech Simulations @MiltechSimulationsCan you confirm Helicopter Assists are off, particularly VRS Protection on your MSFS settings?
Otherwise, could you please share a video of the issue where the cockpit instruments are clearly visible?
This has never been reported prior
In reply tojwilli99⬆:Miltech Simulations @MiltechSimulationsNote - please also make sure you dont have BEEP TRIM or GOVERNOR TOGGLE mapped to your controls. Pretty sure we’ve had issues with users who had Governors being set to OFF due to hardware bindings, which conflict with the correct functioning of the engines
