CH-47D flight issue

    I'm using a Turtle Beach Hotas as my controller. Mappings assigned per documentation. My issue: I increase the Collective and I gain altitude. The rotor speed automatically begins to decrease until I'm grounded. Help. What am I missing? Thanks.
