EFB in cockpit is blank Ch47 MSFS2024 PC

MS2024 on a PC. The cockpit EFB is blank and does nothing, has no power, and the standard EFB has nothing in it about missions.

I installed it via Contrail, purchased from simtechsolutions direct.

Are you on SU5 Beta?
If so, this is a known Beta issue. Reverting to SU4 will solve the issue.
