Supercarrier Pro MSFS2024 only 1 person crew

I've been using Supercarier Pro for MSFS2024, and I love it, but I can get to see the whole crew only Taxi Director.

When I activate the catapult, taxi director appears and guides me. no other crew members are there, no green vests. When I press the yellow arrow, he disappears and there is no crew at all.

I tried to increase the graphics settings of characters and airport equipement, but that doesn't help.

Catapult functions properly, only it would be even more immersive with the crew there, Originally it was in VR but I checked also a desktop mode, and it's the same.

Any advice?
