Having trouble with osprey on Xbox series s
Hey y’all, I just downloaded the osprey on my Xbox and have been having a few troubles with it. After configuring my controller to work for this I went to turn the battery on and got nothing, no matter how long I hold it or how many times I press it it will not turn on. In addition if I start off flying or spawn on the runway ready to take off the rotors do not spin and the nacelles do not move. I worked on these aircraft for a few years and consider myself fairly versed in its operation but can’t seem to get it to work. Like I said I’m running it on a Xbox series s so I’m not sure what’s happening. Thanks for any input

This is a known issue - for some reason, and in selected systems, the aircraft only works right after installation. If the sim is restarted, the aircraft stops working.
This happens with all WASM enabled aircraft. The issue has been reported to asobo and its under investigation: https://devsupport.flightsimulator.com/questions/15872/critical-wasm-bug-on-xbox-when-internet-connection.html

I am also having the same issue, but on a Series X. I have connection before I load up a flight in the Osprey. The only short term fix I have found is just to reinstall the mod, but that becomes redundant and old quickly. Is there a timeline for when it will be remedied?

This is unfortunately an MSFS issue, common to all WASM aircraft. We have reported this issue to Asobo multiple times, hopefully it will be fixed in the upcoming sim update.
